Welcome Home.
A warm welcome to Open House - a space for wholebeing in community.
Classes & Events.
At Open House we offer regular weekly classes, as well as special ‘pop-up’ events and gatherings.
Add our Wholebeing Classes to your weekly ritual to nourish the mind, body and spirit. This includes movement, meditation, music-making and breathwork classes.
We are also excited to grow our ‘pop-up’ offerings of Events that include our new Music as Medicine programme (monthly gigs, dances and sound healing sessions) as well as film nights, creative workshops, and more.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our events soon!
Community.
Community and connection is an essential part of all of our wholebeing and something to be cherished.
We hold space for clubs, groups and meetups created by the community, for the community. Think artist meetups, knit clubs, book clubs, philosophy groups and ‘Sam’s Club’ games, art and music nights.
The idea is to keep things flowing and fresh, be in tune with the seasons and the local vibe and create space for everyone.

Nourishment.
Seasonal, authentic and nourishing. Soul foods, whole foods and bowl foods cooked with love.
Our food is made fresh to order in our kitchen, using organic, locally-sourced and seasonal produce where we can.
We have also started running a series of ‘pop-up’ supper clubs with guest chefs - including local chef John Parsons - offering nourishment through gathering and feasting with a seasonal approach to cooking.
