This is a sanctuary class - a class to nourish deep restoration.
This embodied yin class invites us to explore our capacities for healing by listening to the whole body-mind. In Embodied Yin Yoga we create gentle, long held postures and somatics practices. The practices stimulate energy flow in meridians (energy channels) to restore, rewire and replenish our nervous system.
This class is suitable for all abilities, with no previous experience required.
