Location - Upstairs @ Open House. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session to settle into the space.

Holly specialises in stress resilience and nervous system regulation, supporting those experiencing chronic stress and overwhelm. With over a decade in the wellness industry as a yoga teacher, nutritional health coach, and massage therapist, she blends movement, somatic techniques, and nutrition to help clients overcome exhaustion, poor digestion, brain fog, and inflammation.
Described as the antidote to modern life, Holly’s approach is perfect for those who feel drawn to a more embodied, mindful way of living but need guidance on where to begin. Through her work, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and create sustainable well-being from the inside out.

Emily is a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist running busy clinics in both Baildon Bradford and Farsley Leeds.
Emily trained in Solution focused hypnotherapy after undergoing SFH herself and witnessing the impact of this wonderful therapy first hand. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses a combination of psychotherapy (talking therapy) and hypnosis to empower clients to move forward in their lives. She treats clients with a range of issues such as, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, phobias and much more.
Emily's sessions are all about positivity. She helps clients to recognise their strengths and the good things in their lives and then supports them with very small achievable goals and targets to get them moving forward.

Vraell (real name Alessio Scozzaro) is a classically trained London-based musician who has been releasing music under the Vraell moniker since early 2019, rapidly building up an online audience for his ethereal sounds. His songs such as “Between” have recently become viral sensations as well as being used by BBC Earth. Scozzaro takes inspiration from composers such as Gustsavo Santaolalla and contemporary acts like Sufjan Stevens and RY X, Scozzaro's songwriting explores hefty, personal themes, transforming these topics into relatable and emotive remedies.
