Join us as we get into the festive spirit and create our own decorative wreaths. Zanna from The Peak Garden will share floristry techniques as we use foliage from her flower farm in Hope. Along with locally-sourced pine-cones, seed heads, feathers, dried grasses, Zanna will demonstrate different methods for us all to create festive wreaths together.
The Peak Garden are committed to using sustainable, compostable and reusable resources. Along with flowers grown at their flower farm in Hope, we will use re-usable wire frames and moss, meaning your wreaths will last in to the new year.
You will be welcomed with a warming drink and the Open House cafe will be open for treats to get us into the festive spirit.

The Peak Garden is a small flower farm, just outside Hope, started earlier this year by Zanna and Ben. Their aim is to grow flowers for the Hope Valley (and beyond!), without chemicals, pesticides, plastic and flower foam. Given our position on the side of Win Hill, we’re acutely aware of the impact that changing the land has on our local environment, so we are really committed to minimising erosion, adding natural elements back in to the soil, and using locally-sourced resources to fertilise the flowers (like nettles and sheep’s wool!). We are still on a steep curve of research and expansion, so autumn is a really exciting time for us to put into practice our learnings from the year so far!
We currently offer bouquets, arrangements, DIY buckets, farewell flowers and seasonal wreaths, using our own produce from the farm. We stock our flowers at Open House and deliver within 8km.
