Yoga for Parenthood: Nurturing your Journey with Alex Newton.

Join our beautiful workshop, created for every parent – whether you're expecting, caring for a newborn, managing older kids, or navigating loss. It’s a warm, welcoming space where you’ll find support, connection, and inspiration!

Join us for a supportive community gathering where you’ll receive care and connection. In this workshop, Alex offers simple breath work, deep rest and gentle movement to soothe and rejuvenate, allowing space to reconnect with your body and ease the physical and emotional stresses of parenthood.

Whether you're feeling tired, stressed, joyful, or anything in between, come as you are.

This session opens and concludes with a long, fully supported rest, using props and yoga nidra.

This is a space to relax, recharge, and connect in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Whilst I hope that this space will provide some much needed time and rest for you, babes in arms are welcome or older babies can also be brought in and out of the room for feeds if needed. The most important thing is that you feel you can tend to the needs of you and your baby.
